We create a safe space to explore new ideas, and never stop exploring innovative ways to solve old problems. We know curiosity is one of the secrets to success in an ever-evolving landscape, and respect every stage of ideation.
Proactivity, ownership, and initiative are non-negotiable, but we check our egos at the door. We understand that when you move fast, things can break. And when they do, we problem-solve together to create a truly productive and trusting environment.
We’re all working in lock-step towards the same mission, and value moving the needle over spinning our wheels. Our main focus is on achieving good results, not the technology or method used to get there.
We’re honest, even when it's hard. This means transparency and fairness in everything we do: with each other, our customers, and the wider industry.
Start-ups are tough, but we’re motivated by challenges and biased towards action. This doesn't mean working non-stop, but does mean rejecting indifference and moving forward with a smile.
We offer a flexible work model. Our roles can be remote, but we also have an office available for those who prefer to work on-site or enjoy a hybrid arrangement.
The typical process involves an initial screening call with our recruiter, who will give you an overview of Qevlar AI, the role you’re interviewing for, and the team. They'll also ask you questions about your experience, background, and career interests. Depending on the role, this may be followed by a technical interview or a “take-home” case study. Either way, the goal is toevaluate the specific competencies and skills needed for the job. Finally, you’ll meet relevant members of the team to gauge value and cultural alignment.
We'd still love to see your application! The requirements are there to give you a sense of the job responsibilities; they're not carved on stone tablets. Passion is oftentimes more important than experience, especially in a start-up environment where you’ll be building a lot of things from scratch.
