Are your roles remote?
We offer a flexible work model. Our roles can be remote, but we also have an office available for those who prefer to work on-site or enjoy a hybrid arrangement.
What is the interview process like?
The typical process involves an initial screening call with our recruiter, who will give you an overview of Qevlar AI, the role you’re interviewing for, and the team. They'll also ask you questions about your experience, background, and career interests. Depending on the role, this may be followed by a technical interview or a “take-home” case study. Either way, the goal is toevaluate the specific competencies and skills needed for the job. Finally, you’ll meet relevant members of the team to gauge value and cultural alignment.
What if I don’t meet all the job requirements in the job description?
We'd still love to see your application! The requirements are there to give you a sense of the job responsibilities; they're not carved on stone tablets. Passion is oftentimes more important than experience, especially in a start-up environment where you’ll be building a lot of things from scratch.
